Administration Building, BGSU, is responsible for monitoring

rights laws, including Title IX. This includes monitoring
institutional education and employment practices and procedures,
as well as investigating and resolving discrimination
and harassment complaints. OED, along with Disability
Services (DSS), is responsible for compliance with Sec.
504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans
with Disabilities Act of 1990.
