Transfer of credit

Bowling Green State University awards transfer credit for formal coursework of baccalaureate level completed with a grade of "C" or better (or a mark of pass/credit on a pass/fail graded course) from an acceptable collegiate source as described in the "Acceptable collegiate sources for credit transfer" section of this catalog. Individuals who have earned an associate degree from an acceptable collegiate source, with an overall GPA of 2.0 or better, will receive transfer credit for all baccalaureate-level courses within the associate degree which they have passed with a grade of "D" or better. Any "D" work earned after an associate degree has been awarded will not be considered for transfer credit. "D" work earned at any collegiate source other than the one awarding the degree will not be considered for transfer credit unless this coursework was used for the associate degree.
