The
Tourism major will consist of two options focusing on both domestic
and global perspectives:
Tourism Studiesthis
option, disciplinary in nature, is designed to prepare students
to understand the social science aspects of the tourism phenomenon.
This option is designed for students who may wish to pursue graduate
study.
Tourism Administrationutilizes
a more hands-on, practical approach. This option prepares students
for careers in the industry.
