Student
Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded grant program
that provides to eligible students comprehensive academic
support services that enhance their productivity and promote
academic success. Students receive quality academic advising,
instruction in program-specific sections of developmental
and orientation courses, tutorial assistance, and in some
cases financial aid assistance for eligible first- and
second-year students. A retention-based program, one goal
of SSS is to ensure that participants persist and graduate
from Bowling Green State University. To determine eligibility,
students should come to 424 Saddlemire Student Services
and complete an application.
