Laser Cartridge Express (LCE) is a division of Wood Lane Industries and supported by the Wood County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (Wood Lane). Laser Cartridge Express Three-Point Guarantee:

1. If a Laser Cartridge Express remanufactured cartridge fails to perform the same as the new (OEM) original equipment manufacture's cartridge, LCE will replace, repair or refund your money. LCE's remanufactured cartridges are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase
2. If LCE's remanufactured cartridge fails, and causes damage to your laser printer. which requires an independent service call and repair cost, Laser Cartridge Express will pay the repair cost. The exact cause of printer damage must be listed on the repair order. The customer must call LCE if a problem arises, prior to contacting any service personnel for this guarantee to be in full effect.
3. If LCE's remanufactured or compatibles laser, inkjet, fax or copier cartridges do not meet your quality standards or the standards of your business, LCE will replace, repair or refund your money for your cartridge. All cartridges that LCE sells are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
