The following information and policy differences pertain to technology purchases made through Tech Depot:

• Tech Depot BSD orders are billed and invoiced separately from your Office Depot BSD orders.
• A Tech Depot BSD Representative will be assigned to manage your technology purchases together with your Office Depot BSD Representative.
• All Tech Depot orders are shipped via common carrier, (UPS or Federal Express). Due to the varying sizes, weight, and value of technology products, shipping charges are calculated accordingly. Appropriate freight charges will apply.
• Merchandise returns are subject to policies as outlined in the Tech Depot Returns Policy.
