The Board approved awarding Ronald R. Whitehouse a Doctor of Public Service degree.

Approval of Parking Lot 6 Overflow Upgrades
The Board approved Parking Lot 6 overflow upgrades as presented.

Approval of Residence Hall Master Plan – Phase 1 Demolition
The Board approved the Residence Hall Master Plan – Phase 1 demolition as presented.

Approval of Kreischer Mechanical System Upgrades
The Board authorized the Vice President for Finance & Administration to proceed with the mechanical system upgrades for Kreischer Quadrangle.

Adoption of Bowling Green State University 415(m) Plan
The Board adopted the University 415(m) plan and authorized the President or her designee to take actions necessary to form and implement the 415(m) plan.

Approval of University Separation Plan
The Board adopted the University Employee Separation Plan (UESP) and authorized the President or her designee to take actions necessary to finalize and implement the UESP, including entering into a contract with Educators Preferred Corporation to execute and administer the plan.
