Approval of Authority and Responsibility for External Financial Accounts of Bowling Green State University
The Board approved the President and Vice President for Finance and Administration may jointly, or the Chair of the Board of Trustees and the Vice President for Finance and Administration may jointly have authority and responsibility for external financial accounts of Bowling Green State University.

Approval Authorizing Renewal of Declarations of Official Intent Under U.S. Treasury Regulations with Respect to Reimbursements From Note and Bond Proceeds of Temporary Advances Made for Payments Prior to Issuance
The Board approved authorizing the renewal of declarations of official intent under U.S. Treasury regulations with respect to reimbursements from note and bond proceeds of temporary advances made for payments prior to issuance.

Approval of Out-of-Cycle Special Course Fees
