Minutes of the October 4, 2002 Meeting The Board approved the minutes of the October 4, 2002 meeting, as written.
Personnel Changes Since October 4, 2002 Meeting The Board approved Personnel Changes since October 4, 2002.
Promotion and Tenure Recommendation The Board approved the tenure and promotion recommendation for Dr. Susan Kleine.
Selection of Core Fixed Income Managers and Short-term Fixed Income Manager The Board approved the appointment of Bank One Investment Advisors and Richmond Capital Management as investment managers
for the Core Fixed Income Portfolio and the appointment of Sky Bank as investment manager for the Short-Term Fixed Income
Portfolio.
Proposed 2003-2004 Auxiliary Improvement Projects The Board approved the allocation of funds for 2003-2004 Auxiliary Improvement Projects totaling $3,740,581.
Proposed Utility/Basic Infrastructure Improvement Project The Board approved the proposed Utility/Basic Infrastructure Improvement Project totaling approximately $6.5 million to be
paid for by utility savings over the next eight years.
Proposed Changes to University Travel Reimbursement Rates The Board approved the proposed Changes to University Travel Reimbursement Rates, effective January 1, 2003.
Evaluation Committee Proposal to Raise Dr. Ribeau’s Salary by 3% The Board approved an amendment to Dr. Ribeau’s contract to reflect a 3% raise. Dr. Ribeau announced that he would donate
the 3% raise to the Bowling Green State University Foundation to start a fund to support the BGeXperience.
Sponsored Grants and Contracts Awarded: September and October, 2002 The Board approved sponsored grants and/or contracts in the amount of $5,154,937.51 for the months of September and October,
2002.
