Emeritus Recommendation
The Board approved the appointment of Andreas Poulimenos as Professor Emeritus of Music Performance Studies.

Out -of -Cycle Auxiliary Improvement Project
The Board approved the allocation of funds in the amount of $38,000 to complete the feasibility study of the potential expansion of the Student Health Center.

Proposed Revisions to the Investment Policy and Selection of Investment Managers and Custodial Bank
The Board approved the proposed revision to the Investment Policy and to the appointment of National Asset Management and Sanford Bernstein & Company as investment managers for Large Cap U.S. Equities; Batterymarch Financial Management and Kayne, Anderson Rudnick.
