Minutes of the December 16, 2003 Meeting
The Board approved the minutes of the December 16, 2003 meeting. 

Personnel Changes Since December 16, 2003 Meeting
The Board approved the personnel changes since the December 16, 2003 meeting. 
 
Charter Change Regarding Academic Honesty
The Board approved the proposed amendment to the Academic Charter, B-II.H which clarifies the Academic Honesty Policy. 

Business Entertainment Policy and Revised University Travel Policy
The Board approved the proposed Business Entertainment Policy and revised University Travel Policy, effective with travel taken on April 1, 2004. 

Sponsored Grants and Contracts Awarded
The Board accepted grants and/or contracts in the amount of $2,325,110.74 for the month of November 2003, $3,619,722.31 for the month of December 2003, and $5,390,628.53 for the month of January 2004.  

Interim Housing Allowance Resolution
The Board approved amending the President’s contract to provide a monthly housing allowance to Sidney A. Ribeau and to delegate to the Chair of the Board the right to negotiate the amount of that allowance.
