Partnerships for Community Action (PCA) is dedicated to redefining relationships between the University and the broader community through building and supporting campus/community projects based on reciprocity, co-equal participation, and mutual benefit.

PCA mobilizes ideas and resources from the University and the community that enhance equal educational opportunity, economic development, health and wellness, and cultural awareness for areas including, but not limited to, Northwest Ohio.

PCA is an agent of the Engagement Initiatives at Bowling Green State University by providing opportunities and resources for the scholarship of engagement.

Although we plan on conducting a special culminating event in February, PCA will be closing at the end of this academic year, in May, 2009.  Please read a letter from our director, Dr. Kathy Farber, regarding our closing.

We would like to extend a special thank you to all co-directors of PCA-funded projects.  We have been inspired by the work you do, and feel privileged to be able to support you. Please see our closing activities flyer for information on how we can further assist you.
