Q: How do I save my completed forms? 

A:     You have several options, depending on  the program in which the form opens. 

  •         If the form opens in Adobe Reader, just click the Save a Copy icon (looks like a floppy disc) or click File, Save as
            
    from the Adobe Reader menu to save the form. 
  •         If the form opens in Adobe Acrobat Professional within your Internet browser, just click File, Save As
            from the browser menu to save the file or click the Save a Copy icon  (looks like a floppy disc).
    • The  form may also open directly within Adobe Acrobat Professional within a new window. In this case select File, Save as from the Adobe main menu or just click the Save a Copy icon.
