Deductions per Pay

Plan A 

From January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010
For The SuperMed Plus (PPO) plus Prescription and Dental coverage*

Bowling Green State University's annual cost is
$5,226.60 for single coverage, $10,983.60 for Employee plus Spouse,  $6,005.16 for Employee plus Child(ren), and $12,441.96 for Employee plus Family Coverage .

***Faculty and Administrative staff contributions for January through May = 8/12 of the annual amount paid over 5 equal monthly payments for coverage January through August. Faculty and Administrative staff contributions for September through December = 4/12 of the annual amount paid over 4 equal monthly payments for coverage September through December.Note: If there are significant reductions in state support for higher education during the coming fiscal year, it may be necessary to further increase employee contributions prior to January 1, 2011.
