Additional information can be obtained from the Plan Document which is available at the Benefits Office. In the event of a conflict between this document and the Plan Document language, the Plan Document language controls. The Board of Trustees of Bowling Green State University reserves the right at any time to modify or amend, in whole or in part, any or all of the provisions of the Health Care Program.
