Welcome new faculty and staff. This page contains information about your retirement plan options: Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (PERS), Ohio Alternative Retirement plan (ARP), or Ohio State Teacher Retirement System (STRS). You will also find information on supplemental plans, helpful reference guides, and links to the provider Web sites.

Your first step is to select the Ohio PERS, the Ohio STRS (faculty only), or the Ohio ARP option. Next, you will need to decide which sub-plan to select under PERS or STRS or which vendor to select under ARP. Use the resources on this page to guide you.
