Introduction
The benefits provided in the Health Care Program make up a significant portion of your overall compensation and could be considered
your behind-the-scenes "second paycheck." BGSU believes it is very important for you to have a detailed resource explaining
these benefits. The following sections provide information about your Medical, Dental and Prescription Drug benefits. Additional
information can be obtained from the Plan Document which is available at the Benefits Office. In the event of a conflict between this document and the Plan Document language, the Plan Document language controls. The
Board of Trustees of Bowling Green State University reserves the right at any time to modify or amend, in whole or in part,
any or all of the provisions of the Health Care Program.
