- Equal Opportunity Compliance Committee (EOC) : a university standing committee that serves in an advisory capacity to the Office of Equity & Diversity. With representatives,
elected and appointed, from all constituent groups, faculty, administrative and classified staff, graduate and undergraduate
students, this committee meets monthly to address issues and concerns related to equal opportunity in both the work and educational
environment and affirmative action obligations as mandated by Federal and state law, as well as university policy.

- Human Relations Commission : this group of faculty, staff and student members are appointed by the President and serve to promote positive human relations
within the campus community.
- Diversity Liaison Committee (DLC) : established to assist the Office of Equity & Diversity in monitoring the implementation of the BGSU Diversity Plan. Members
monitor the Plan's implementation within their specific vice presidential area and report progress on a monthly basis. They
also provide leadership for diversity efforts within their division, represent the area vice president, and communicate the
status to key administrators within the vice presidential area they represent.
