The Office of Equity & Diversity invites BGSU Community Members interested in the faculty and staff hiring process to volunteer for consideration to serve on University search committees. Bowling Green State University firmly believes that search committee make-up should reflect the University’s goals for diversity. As such, gender and ethnic diversity of search committee members is essential to a successful search. OED hopes to build a database of people willing to participate in searches when a hiring unit is in need of a member for their search. We seek voluntary self-nominations of anyone interested; please take a moment to seriously consider this opportunity.
