4.Flag resolution occurs when the student responds to the outreach and the issue is addressed. This might involve academic advisors, instructors, or staff from New Student Orientation & First Year Programs, Residence Life, Division of Student Affairs, Counseling Center, Disability Services, Student Athlete Services, Honors Program, TRIO, Center for Multicultural Affairs or President’s Leadership Academy. For a referral, the Learning Commons staff, or the Firelands Teaching and Learning Center staff will provide outreach to the student and resolve the flag.
5.When a student is identified in the system as having three active concurrent flags, that student's academic advisor is notified and asked to reach out to the student.
