Are You a Resume Rookie?

Are you are considering part-time employment while attending BGSU? You’ll impress employers if you have a resume that reflects the transferable skills and experience you’ve gained so far. No formal work experience? No problem! At this session you can begin to create your first resume or give your high school resume a BGSU makeover. Sponsored by BGSU Student Employment Services.
From Gay to Ze
5 p.m., Bowen-Thompson Student Union, McMaster Room (Room 308)
What are the resources for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Ally students at BGSU? What does it mean to be queer, questioning, or gender non-conforming? What if I’m Black and gay or Asian and a lesbian? Come to this roundtable style presentation to connect with resources for BGSU’s LGBTA student population. Tobias Spears, Assistant Director for LGBT Programs, will talk about how BGSU supports a diverse student body through the LGBT resource center and the many programs and services offered to LGBT students through various campus entities. Also in attendance will be representatives from many of BGSU’s LGBTA student organizations. Come out and learn more about BGSU and see the many different facets of LGBT and A.
