Chalk up another huge victory for Mock Trial Team The victories just keep coming for BGSU’s Mock Trial Team. After the team took fifth place in a 28-team tournament at Georgetown Law School recently, the students competed in a regional competition in Buffalo where they tied for first place with the University of Michigan and Penn State University. The BGSU team earned a 7-1 record at the 26-team regional tournament, which entitles them to move on to the first round of the National Championships in late March. Dr. M. Neil Browne, Senior Scholar and Distinguished Teaching Professor Emeritus in economics, serves as BGSU's team adviser. Congratulations and good luck at the national competition! |
