Bowling Green State University
BGSU H1N1 Update

Update November 20, 2009

The BGSU Student Health Service will continue to provide H1N1
vaccinations from 1-5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, and from 1-8 p.m. Monday,
Nov. 23, in 170 Student Health Center.

In addition to faculty, staff and students who qualify, the vaccine is
also available to qualified alumni and the spouses of employees or
students.

The vaccine is currently only for high-risk individuals, including:
* college students up to 24 years of age,
* health care workers and EMS workers who provide direct patient care,
* pregnant women,
* people who live with or care for children less than 6 months of age,
* people 25-64 years old with chronic medical conditions.

Students, faculty, staff, spouses, and alumni who meet any of the
criteria should preregister at:

http://www.h1n1vaccine.odh.ohio.gov

Please print your documentation from the preregistration site and
bring it with you to the health center. Because the vaccine is
intended for Wood County residents (including BGSU students), students
should use their local Bowling Green address on the registration
materials.

It is unclear how long the supply of vaccine will last.
