College Advisor: This person helps to advise students about classes, registration and building a schedule. This is also known as an academic advisor. Log in to MyBGSU and click on "My Advisor" to send a message to him or her.
Faculty Advisor: Faculty advisors are experts in their disciplines and are knowledgeable about specific courses in their divisions and in educational and career opportunities in their concentrations.
Financial Aid Advisor: This person helps navigate the many forms and deadlines for the financial aid process.
Program Advisor: Advisors affiliated with specific programs, such as Athletics, Honors, TRIO, Office of Multicultural Affairs, President's Leadership Academy or a particular learning community.
