A respected labor economist, noted author, and prominent commentator, Dr. Julianne Malveaux has long been recognized for her progressive and insightful observations.
A popular columnist and author, Malveaux's writing has appeared in USA Today, Black Issues in Higher Education, Ms. Magazine, Essence Magazine, and the Progressive. Her weekly columns appeared in newspapers across the country including the Los Angeles Times, Charlotte Observer, New Orleans Tribune, Detroit Free Press, and San Francisco Examiner. Malveaux is also the editor of several groundbreaking books on women, race, and the state of the country. Additionally, she has hosted television and radio programs and has appeared widely as a commentator on major TV networks, including CNN, BET, PBS, NBC, ABC, Fox News, MSNBC, CNBC, C-SPAN, among others.
