Learn new ways to manage job-related stress

BOWLING GREEN, O.—Bowling Green State University's Mindful Behavior Therapies and Psychophysiology Lab is seeking volunteers for a research study evaluating the outcomes of a newly developed approach to stress management.

Participants will receive, free of charge, two stress evaluations and a comprehensive stress management program. The program consists of two, three-hour stress management sessions held one week apart.

Doctoral students in BGSU's clinical psychology program will conduct the evaluations and stress management sessions. Supervising their work will be Dr. William O'Brien, director of the lab and an associate professor of psychology.

Anyone interested in participating, or in more information, should call Trina Hagemyer at 419-372-2540 or email Erin Bannon, lab coordinator, at ebannon@bgsu.edu .
