'Die Fledermaus' swoops onto
campus this week

College of Musical Arts faculty members

Orlofsky. A lively story about love, deception and good-natured
revenge, the opera will be staged at 8 p.m. Friday and
Saturday (Feb. 27-28) in Kobacker Hall of the Moore
Musical Arts Center. Tickets are $8, $10 and $12 at
the center box office (2-8171). “Die Fledermaus”
will also feature members of the Bowling Green Philharmonia,
conducted by Emily Freeman Brown. BGSU’s production
will be sung in English under the direction of Eugene
