PCA grants link BGSU with
the community

Partnerships
for Community Action (PCA) and the Center for Innovative
and Transformative Education (CITE), in conjunction
with the Office of the Provost, invites the campus
to the fourth annual grant-launch open house and
reception. Titled “Forging New Relationships,” the
event will begin at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday (Feb. 12)
in the Lenhart Grand Ballroom, Bowen-Thompson Student

Sharp to chart navigation and the brain |
Navigation
is an incredibly complex task. What are the basic
brain functions involved in moving from here to
there? Patricia Sharp, psychology, will examine
these intriguing questions in the final presentation
in this year’s Arts & Sciences Distinguished Faculty
Lecture Series. Sharp’s lecture, entitled “East
Side, West Side, It’s All About Your Brain,” will
take place on Thursday (Feb. 13) at 4 p.m. in the
