Professor of political science
Expertise: Public administration, labor relations, personnel, and organizational theory. A native of India, he is very knowledgeable about the country and especially about public administration in India and elsewhere in Asia. Additional language proficiency in Hindi, Sanskrit and Urdu.
Credentials: Ph.D. and D.P.A. in public administration and M.A. in political science from the University of Lucknow, India; M.P.A. from Kent State University; B.A. in an interdisciplinary program with a dual major in military and political science from B.R. College, Agra, India.
