Lip Sync Application

Rules/Regulations for Competition

1. Applications and music must be turned in to the Office of Campus Activities
   (401 Bowen-Thompson Student Union) by Friday, September 21, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.

2. Music must be screened before the event. Please turn in a copy of your music with the
    application. You will receive an email no later than Monday, September 24 letting you
   know if the organization has been approved to perform.

3. No more than 10 people per group/organization may participate.

4. Song/Mix cannot be longer than 5 minutes!

5. No profanity.

6. No “R” rated dancing (children will be present and you will be eliminated if rules 5
   and 6 are not followed)

7. If your group is selected as one of the top two you will be expected to perform at the
   Pep Rally on Friday, September 28 at 6:00 p.m. The final winner will be selected at this time!

8. You have to have FUN!!!
