Customized graphics and photos for any academic/administrative area may be used to illustrate and enhance certain visual communications.
Customized graphics may contain pictorial/graphic symbols. Customized graphics can NEVER be used instead of the BGSU logo or on office stationery and business cards (area exceptions are listed under “ Use of other logos”).
Customized graphics that are designed to promote special events , such as Presidents’ Day Open House, Family Campaign, Homecoming or Falcon Family Weekend, may be used. Event graphics can
be used on any visual communication. Graphics should never be used on official office stationery. However, limited-use stationery
that is created to tie in with a timed event such as Homecoming is permitted.
