Property Management manages the BGSU surplus property operation whereby we will pick up your equipment, furnishings and other
materials that you no longer have a need for and place them in our surplus property warehouse. We have viewings on selected
Wednesdays at our surplus warehouse for University departments to look for a surplus item that they may need. These items
are considered an interdepartmental transfer of University property and are provided at no cost to you. We will deliver surplus
items to your location and can assemble. Every spring and fall, we hold a public auction to sell surplus University property
to the general public. For more information, read the surplus property policy.
We provide labor services for your office moves/rearrangements and for equipment installations and removals. We also make
furniture deliveries for new furniture that was delivered by the vendor to the Shipping and Receiving warehouse and remove
the furniture being replaced. See our moving services fee schedule for prices.
We also rent tables, chairs, staging and coat racks for public events and, if requested, provide labor services to set up

Location: We are located in the Park Avenue Warehouse at the north end of campus next to the College of Technology, College Park Office
