There is no fee charged for moving services unless overtime is incurred. If overtime is incurred on a job, then the actual overtime hours at the employees' overtime rate will be charged to the job.

Moving of Surplus Equipment

Surplus property and equipment can be moved from/to a department or the surplus warehouse. There is no fee charged for this service unless overtime is incurred. If overtime is incurred on a job, then the actual overtime hours at the employees' overtime rate will be charged to the job.

Rental Equipment Delivery/Setup & Take Down/Pickup Fees

These fees are in addition to the rental fee for the equipment itself.

In addition to the rental fee, a service charge of $10 will be assessed to all deliveries of rental equipment to cover associated costs involved. There will be no additional charge for pickup when rental period is complete. If overtime is incurred on a job, then the actual overtime hours at the employees' overtime rate will be charged to the job.
