Retreat - Each fall, President's Leadership Academy scholars leave the BGSU campus to engage in cross-cohort team building and leadership
learning at a weekend retreat planned and presented by the fourth year scholars.
Parent and Family Weekend - Each Fall, the PLA holds a reception to welcome families to the Bowling Green community and to provide updates about the
PLA program.
PLA Banquet and Colloquium - Each spring, the PLA holds a formal dinner to recognize the accomplishments of its scholars. During the banquet, the fourth
year scholars conduct a formal presentation on various leadership topics and their PLA experience. Fourth year members and
recipients of the PLA awards listed on the Honors and Accomplishments page are recognized at this time.
