The President's Leadership Academy (PLA) is a unique four-year program for students who are serious about developing their leadership skills.

As students at BGSU, PLA Scholars learn to model their academic and co-curricular development based on a set of leadership values:

Upon graduation from BGSU, PLA scholars expect to continue to make meaningful contributions to society in their professions and communities.
