CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: If you cancel five full days before the conference, your fee will be refunded in full. If you cancel during the last 4 days, you will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds on the day of the conference. You are encouraged to send a substitute if your plans change on short notice.
