University Honors Program

My name is Denise Vollmar, and I'm the Administrative Assistant for the Honors Program. I have worked on campus since 1989, and for the Honors Program since 1993.

My main responsibilities in the Honors Program include academic advising, course development, budgets, scholarships, new freshman files, tracking Honors projects, and assisting at Orientation and Registration.

I live in Haskins, a small community eight miles from Bowling Green with my husband. I have three grown sons who all have graduated from BGSU. I like to attend concerts, walk, read, and go to sporting events (with football being my favorite). I also like to spend time with my grandchildren.
