Hi! My name is Jennie Lee, and I am one of the Program Assistants for the Honors Program. I am responsible for working with the Tuition Raffle and Diversity Committee, advising students who are undecided about their majors, helping with event planning in the office, accompanying certain Honors Learning Community trips, and maintaining "The Scroll," the Honors Students' link to news and events regarding the Program. I work in the office part-time and am a full-time Master's student in the College Student Personnel program here at BGSU.
Prior to moving to Bowling Green, I spent my entire life in northern New York. In May of 2006, I received my Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York College at Potsdam where I majored in Psychology and minored in Writing. During my time at SUNY Potsdam, I was an Honors Student myself! I was also a Student Ambassador for the Admissions Office, a certified peer counselor, a crisis hotline volunteer, a member of Circle K, and a member of Sigma Alpha Iota.
My personal interests outside of working with college students include creative writing, listening to and making music, reading (for fun!), watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
I look forward to working with and meeting you all during my two years here. Please stop by for a visit or get in touch with me anytime!
