Welcome to the Honors Student Association 2008-09 website! From this site you can learn more about HSA’s purpose, leadership,
events, and more. And if you are not yet a member, you can find out why you should be and how to sign up.
HSA is currently made up of 180 members. It is a student-run organization that strives to provide highly motivated students
with opportunities to enhance their learning through intellectual, service, and social interactions with other students, faculty,
and staff. The Honors Student Association also strives to instill in all students a respect and understanding for the views
of others, both inside and outside of the classroom.
HSA is not restricted to just Honors students. Any Bowling Green student can become a member. There is an annual fee of $18, which gets you free admission to all HSA events
as well as a cool HSA t-shirt. HSA is a great way to meet new friends and get into campus life. And for those of you who are
Honors students, many HSA events can count toward your Honors Program participation requirement of three intellectually engaging
events.
