Do all of the application pieces have to be
sent in at once?
No, application materials can be sent in parts as long
as all portions are postmarked on or before May 1st. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated.
Why does my student need to send another transcript
when he/she previously sent one when applying to BGSU?
The transcript that your student previously sent when
applying to BG is for admissions use. To process your
student’s Honors Program application, a separate
transcript must be sent on or before May 1 in order
to ensure that your student’s application is processed
as quickly as possible.
Is it okay for my student to send in transcripts or must the school
send them in?
It is perfectly fine for your student to submit these
materials.
How do I know if my student has been accepted
into the Honors Program?
Your student must first be accepted into BG, then apply
for the Honors Program on or before the May 1st deadline.
He/she will receive a letter confirming his/her acceptance.
