Krissy Laubernds, Class of ‘02

My name is Krissy (Main) Laubernds and I attended BGSU from 1998-2002, participating in the Honors Program (as well as HSA and Tuition Raffle). In the fall, I will be starting my sixth year as kindergarten teacher at Putman Elementary in Blanchester, Ohio. Some exciting news since I graduated in May '02: I got married last year (2006), and in the fall of 2005, I participated in the Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program and switched places with a British teacher, Lee Mazzotti. I taught his Year 2 students (6-7 year olds) near Nottingham, England while he taught my kindergarteners here in the States. It was a great experience!
