IMPACT makes its home on the 10th floor of Offenhauer Towers West. Conveniently located next to MacDonald Dining Hall and the Student Union among other important buildings, Offenhauer is equipped with air conditioning, a computer lab, and a recreational area.

The IMPACT faculty have offices on the floor to allow students easy access to faculty when necessary. Student rooms are spacious and are provided with lofts and other furniture.

Offenhauer Towers are co-ed, half men and half women. The rooms are doubles with a limited number of singles available.

Perhaps what sets the IMPACT floor apart from other floors is the lounge, complete with beautiful furniture and a library. The lounge serves as both a meeting place and a casual environment in which to relax or study. In addition, IMPACT classes are taught just a floor above on the 11th floor of Offenhauer West
