The Senate's Faculty Welfare Committee (FS-FWC) reviews all policies in the University's Academic Charter relating to faculty
welfare. The committee may investigate and study any matter affecting the general welfare of faculty members. The committee
may make recommendations to the SEC on matters not limited to the following: the economic status of the faculty, the working
environment of the faculty, the professional development of the faculty,the withholding or revocation of faculty benefits,
the quality of administrative services available to the faculty, and any external or internal measures that appear to conflict
with faculty welfare.

Positions on the committee are filled through annual elections in the Spring semester. Vacancies are filled by appointment
of the Committee on Committees for a period of up to one year. If you are willing to fill a vacancy on this committee, please
