The Senate's Committee on Faculty Personnel and Conciliation (FS-FPCC) is empowered to resolve faculty disputes regarding
general grievances, the revocation of tenure, the financial exigency plan of the University, unlawful discrimination, and
all other policies that affect the employment status of faculty. The FS-FPCC operates according to the conciliation and grievance
procedures described in the Academic Charter.

Positions on the committee are filled through annual elections in the Spring semester. Vacancies are filled by appointment
