  • January 17, 2007-Luncheon and Program: Socializing at 11:30 a.m. Lunch at noon. Program at 1 p.m. featuring music arranged by Jim George, BGSU graduate and Wauseon music teacher. First United Methodist Church, East Wooster Street, Bowling Green. Reservation Deadline Friday, January 12.   • March 14, 2007-Joint Luncheon and Program with Wood County Retired Teachers Association: Socializing at 11:30 a.m. Lunch at noon. Program at 1 p.m. TBA. Elks, Bowling Green, Ohio.
  • March 23 or 24, 2007-BGSU Planetarium Show. TBA.
  • April 18, 2007-BGSURA/University of Toledo Retirees Association Luncheon and Program TBA.
  • May, 2007-Tours in Bryan, Ohio featuring Spangler Candy Company. TBA.
  • May 16, 2007-Luncheon and Program: Socializing at 11:30 a.m. Lunch at Noon. Program at 1 p.m. featuring Mary Alice Powell, retired Food Editor and Sunday columnist for The Blade.
  • June, 2007-Toledo Mud Hens Game. TBA.
  • July, 2007-Edison Museum Tour in Milan, Ohio during the day. Huron Playhouse Performance in the evening. TBA.
  • March 12, 2008-Annual luncheon and program with the Wood County Retired Teachers Association. Elks Club, 11:30 a.m. socializing, Noon lunch, followed by program. Speaker: Laura Ecklar, director of communications, STRS.
  • April 26, 2008-BGSURA hosts a joint meeting with the University of Toledo Retirees Association. Bowen Thompson Union, BGSU. Speaker: Dr. S. Amjad Hussain, retired Toledo surgeon and columnist for The Blade, Toledo.
  • May 14, 2008-BGSURA Luncheon and Program. 11:30 a.m. socializing, noon luncheon, followed by meeting and program. Speaker: Kevin Maynard, director of utilities, City of Bowling Green.
