Awards in Support of Undergraduate Research (ASUR)

This program provides financial support for undergraduate research and creative projects conducted by undergraduate students during the academic year under supervision of faculty mentors.

For full consideration, completed Fall 2008 applications must be received in the Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship E209 Harshman by 5:00pm on Wed., September 10, 2008. Proposals received after the deadline will be considered on a first come basis until funding for that semester is exhausted or held for consideration in the following semester. Symposium on Undergraduate Research

The purpose of this event is to celebrate the scholarly accomplishment of undergraduate students and provide them with a venue in which to share the results of their projects with others. Undergraduates in all disciplines are invited to present the results of their independent research projects and other creative activities. All members and friends of the Bowling Green State University learning community are invited to attend.

 

Undergraduate Summer Research Scholar Program

This program provides summer scholarships (stipend and research expenses) for undergraduate research.

For full consideration, completed applications must be received in the Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship, E209 Harshman, by 5:00pm March 25, 2009.

National Conference on Undergraduate Research

This program will provide financial support for select undergraduate students who wish to present their research results at the 23rd National Conference on Undergraduate Research to be held at the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse from April 16-18, 2009. The deadline to apply for funding is 5:00pm on February 27, 2009.

Undergraduate Research Presentation Awards (URPA)

This program provides financial assistance to undergraduate students who present the results of their independent research or creative activities at professional conferences, juried exhibits or performances.
