The Student Tech Laptop Loan Program is an opportunity for University students to receive a laptop computer during the academic
year. This program provides more immediate access to campus technologies for those most likely to benefit from them.
The laptops are University property, are issued at no cost to selected students, and are loaned out for one academic year.
Students can use the laptops for whatever they wish, including word processing, online research, e-mail correspondence, etc.,
provided the students stay enrolled at the University. For more information concerning the Laptop Loan Program policies and
guidelines, please review Laptop Loan Policies.
Laptop Loan Requirements for Application

Please Note
Unfortunately, Student Tech does not provide "rental" laptops, nor does it have the resources to make laptops available for
check-out by the entire student population of BGSU. Laptops are available for three (3) hour increments, to be used in-library
via the Circulation Desk at Jerome Library. Please see the Policy for Circulating Wireless Laptops in the BGSU Libraries page for additional information. You may also rent laptops from Instructional Media Services (IMS). Please see the IMS audio/visual page for more information.
