Since 2005 the Falcon Film Festival has provided an opportunity for BGSU first year students to creatively document their first semester experience. Beginning with the 2009 Falcon Film Festival, all BGSU students have the opportunity to document their BGSU experience. In addition to the learning experiences provided, teams have a chance to win prizes for their efforts.
Concept
BGSU students are invited to be a part of a team to produce a 7 - 9 minute video creatively displaying their BGSU experience. The movies are reviewed and a select number of movies will be viewed at the Falcon Film Festival event. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, Best Actress, Best Actor, and Best All-Freshman Team will be presented at the Film Festival.
