Web Report Library (WRL) Specific Courses

• WRL Basic  - The Web Report Library Basic training session will serve as a primer touching on the basics of finding, running and exporting reports.  WRL Basis consists of four classes:
  • WRL 101:  Locating Your Reports
  • WRL 102:  Locating Chartfields
  • WRL 103:  Exporting a Report as a pdf
  • WRL 104:  Exporting a Report to Excel

• Web Report Library Advanced training builds on concepts introduced in the Basic training and will help users further leverage the system.  During the Advanced training session, attendees will look at topics such as:  advanced searching capabilities, scheduling reports to run and distribute automatically and setting user preferences.

Following the go-live of FMS 9.1, the WRL team will be hosting open lab sessions to assist users with scheduling reports, if they are running into issues.  Users are encouraged to complete the "Job Scheduling Worksheet" in order to help facilitate setting up reports.  Prior to attending an open lab session, users should have attended the necessary training and/or worked through the user guides. Session dates and times may be referenced at the signup application link found to the left.
