A telephone billing system from Pinnacle has been implemented. The December 2003 telephone bills for departments and those using personal/student BG Call Cards have been generated using this system and are available for review via the web.

To access the online telephone bill, each department contact or personal/student BG Call Card holder will be required to login using their BGSU authentication username and password (same as used to login to MyBGSU and BGSU e-mail).

If you are a department contact and also have a personal BG Call Cad, please contact Cathy Lowry at 372-7926 or clowry@bgsu.edu for login username and password instructions.

Two training sessions are being offered to answer questions regarding accessibility and navigation of the telephone bills via the web for department contacts. These two sessions will be offered on:

Thursday, January 22 from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in 221 Olscamp Hall 

Friday, January 23 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in 117 Olscamp Hall
Prior to attending either session, please call 372-2911 by noon on Thursday, January 22 to register.
